Our Story
The Ivory Peacock found its permanent home in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, opening its doors in the fall of 2022. Born from a desire to push the boundaries of hospitality, founders Karl Finegan and a dedicated team set out to reimagine what a cocktail and dining experience could be in the heart of New York City.
THE CONCEPT
The Ivory Peacock presents two unique experiences in one luxurious space. The Emerald Bar, a striking 18-seat focal point, offers an unparalleled view of the largest gin collection in the U.S., featuring over 1000 labels from across the globe. With a focus on seasonal spins on classic cocktails and a signature Gin & Tonic Tray Service, the Emerald Bar is where traditional meets inventive in an upscale yet approachable setting.
Tucked within The Ivory Peacock is the Ploume, a speakeasy-style lounge. This hidden gem blends sophistication with intimacy, providing guests a chance to enjoy world-class cocktails in a more exclusive environment.
