It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our cherished friend and colleague,
Alex Mendoza
on Saturday, May 17th, as he was en route to work.
ALEX WAS A CORNERSTONE OF OUR TEAM AT THE IVORY PEACOCK. HIS EXCEPTIONAL BARTENDING SKILLS, UNWAVERING PROFESSIONALISM, AND WARM DEMEANOR MADE HIM A BELOVED FIGURE AMONG COLLEAGUES AND PATRONS ALIKE. HE WAS NOT JUST A COWORKER; HE WAS A FRIEND, A MENTOR, AND A SOURCE OF JOY TO ALL WHO HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF WORKING ALONGSIDE HIM.
IN THIS TIME OF SORROW, OUR THOUGHTS ARE WITH ALEX’S WIFE, SERENE, HIS CHILDREN GAVIN AND EVAN, FAMILY, AND CLOSE FRIENDS. WE STAND UNITED IN SUPPORTING THEM THROUGH THIS UNIMAGINABLE LOSS.
